What is your exchange/return policy?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase contact us specifying:

 

- Name and Surname

- Order number

- Telephone number

- Reason of the return

 

 

Notification of exchange/return must be notified within 3 days of the package’s delivery, then we will provide you the return shipping address (which must be delivered within 14 days from the package receipt's date only by courier). Shipping costs will be at your expense. Returns must include all labels and our delivery packing slip. Exchange/return is not guaranteed and is subject to our review of the returned product. Within 48 hours after receiving the package we will refund you without any additional charge. Only regular priced items can be return, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

IMPORTANT: All computer monitors are different and the product's colors may appear different on every screen.

 

How long will delivery of my order take?

All orders will be shipped in 2-3 business days after payment. Right after shipping you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Domestic orders are typically delivered within 1-2 business days. International orders are typically delivered within 2-3 days, depending upon the destination and customs processing. Federica Bubani cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control, such as severe weather, shipping service interruptions, lost or stolen packages.

 

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are calculated based upon the destination and number of products in your cart. To view shipping costs, add your desired products to your cart, proceed to the "Checkout" page, select your country and click "Update Your Cart Total". Customs fees for non-European Union countries will be charged to the recipient.
